In "dmesg" just as it starts to load the usb drivers and the Atmel driver, the MAC Address of the nic is in there.
In "iwconfig" the MAC Address/Access Point is different, but if I give the nic a ip...

ok, but I have already reinstalled every thing. After the reinstall I ran iwconfig and I still had this:
linux:~ # iwconfig
lo no wireless extensions.
sit0 no wireless extensions....

Another thing is that if my Linux starts up the card is eth1 under iwconfig, should it not be wlan0?

I decided to re install my hole suse 9.0, cause I have the amtel & prism2 drivers installed and running. I know a lot more now then when I started this all so I think if I follow the howto's for the...

Ok, I have my wusb11 setup, or I think so. This is what I get in iwconfig:
lo no wireless extensions.
sit0 no wireless extensions.
eth0 no wireless extensions.
eth1 ...

I think I got the driver loaded, if do ''iwconfig'' this is what I get:

I have Suse 9.0 and my linksys wusb11 ver 2.6 do not work. I had a go at the drivers at http://www.linux-wlan.com/linux-wlan/, but still can not get it to work. If anyone know how to fix this, please...

I have two netware5.1 networks in two diffrent locations and want to link them. I do not have money for Bodermanager. I have a proxy at bot end running win 2000 with proxy+. Can i do this or not?
