P.S. When I say he flashed the BIOS, this was prior to this problem. There was NO way this motherboard was going to get flashed after this current problem. It just would not cycle through it.

Yeah, the HP forum guy was right on the ball here (their own tech). I think I have been able to find all the drivers I need for XP.
