I am definetly of the opinion that bringing up Siri or Cortana and asking it to dial a call works on
3g 4g or LTE. I have no experience with android.
I could be wrong though

Bad driver is the likely cause.
You need to go and try to update it from the
AMD site.

Well since that's not even a Logitech file to start with.
