If you are in the circle of errors then have you considered reinstalling,When in total doubt, "F" it,meaning fdisk and format it.

BCM diagonostics can test read
data and over-runs.Full access stroke tests and some other features...Maybe it will help ya.All points mentioned apply as well. Good luck

I have the same setup win 98 C:,Win 2000 E: (D: IS another drive)
I am logged on as admin and still can not see the boot.ini file,I have show all files picked as well. What gives? :confused: ...

Thanks SBLIVE, Yeah the BIOS is set to boot from cd rom.The hard part is making it look like drive,Maybe a CD-RW.......
Or better yet DIRECT CD maybe
