I'm sorry for bringing this post back.
Ok so i tried it in safe mode and ran that program you told me to run. Still nothing that i saw..and the problem still continues with this drwatson stuff..

Err...i ran in Safe Mode but the only problem was i couldn't get online..(I use AOL for now..-_-). But the good part is, i can access most of my files and such while in Safe Mode. The other bad part...

The online virus scan is done. I didnt see anything that said the name of the program which was Drmortan postmortem debugger.
Surprisengly i did find virus's that were "Non Cleanable" but i...

Ok well it seems i cant even do the ("sfc / scannow" from the start/run window as the drwatson program comes up again and freezes.
I will also try what you have said Tech.

I'm sorry i just came back from college so i had to continue today.
Uhh the version of windows that i currently have is XP. Also, someone told me this could be my video card as well?

Yesterday afternoon i tried to go into my Control Panel. For some reason i wasn't able to access it and my internet explorer did a refresh type of thing..almost like an instant Restart to my comp.
