Problem solved.
I ran the "Reinstall or Repair" SharePoint in Add remove programs in control panel. Also ran the Ineternet connection wizard. All is good now.

I tried you suggestions:
- I_user is ok
-The IP scope is correct
-No desktop firewall ( Site wont even load on the server itself)
-Virus Scan came up clean
-Site can not be viewed via it's IP....

Yes, all IIS services are running.
I created a Test Web site and am able to access that just fine, just not the Default, Sharepoints or Company web sites.

Not sure what happened, but my http://companyweb site is down. I keep getting a page not found error.
I checked the security permissions in IIS and everything looks fine.
The site(s) is not...

Just curious, why do you have VNC ports open?
Once you connect via the VPN, you can use VNC to connect to ANY pc on your lan. No need to port forward the VNC ports at all.
