there is better software and free than gohst for cloneing the hd try ulitmateboot disk hunt for it on cnet.com it has a lot of good utilites built in

what that message means is windows loaded a genirc driver in the system i have had that happen with cd roms they would not work untill i loaded the dos drivers in the system go to the mbos web site...

if your still haveing problems rendering web pages go to microsofts web site ME has a bug in it that does the same thing it could be in the registry or you could try reinstalling windows over it self...
