Thanks for response, It boots fine in safe-mode, I have done Step-by-Step and disabled everything, but it still reboots itself. Any other ideas.

Just install IE 6.0 then set homepage to msn.com (or whatever) then uninstall 6.0. It will save the Homepage in 5.5. I had this happen before.
