The lines have no pattern to where they appear. They only appear where there is something displayed on the screen but doesn't do it in games. In other words, they don't split the screen into equal...

The lines are only where there is text or graphics. So I'm pretty sure its not tension wires. I'll try it on another system and get back to you. Thx.
