Have you tried to print from nopad or from the command line? what happen?

1) Delete all the entries from the Printer folder
2) Select File /Server properties /Drivers from the menu in Printer Folder => removed all entries except NT fax driver
3) Check Q135406 Steps...

Do you have the latest version of DirectX and audio drivers?
Does the system locks up completely or just the game?
Can you play any other games?
Did you check EA for patches?
