You plug the psu cable in "flush right", leaving the 4 pins on the left vacant. Also, your psu has a "square", 4 pin power cable (wires should be two yellow and two black) that need to be plugged...

Spy Sweeper is one of the highest rated anti-malware apps out there. Use all three. Just one app alone is highly unlikely to catch all the bad guys. You don't need to run all three in the background...

Actually, the Motorola Surfboard 5120 you are currently leasing from Comcast is a pretty darned good modem. I use/own a 5120 and haven't had any problems.

Right click on the desktop, select Properties to call up Display Properties, choose the Settings tab and increase the screen resolution (move slider to the right) to, say 1024 x 768 pixels and Apply....

I would strongly recommend that your client get rid of AOL for business use. It's really hard to take any business seriously that has aol.com at the end of their e-mail address.

In order for DVD drive to burn, you have to have burning software installed, such as Nero Burning.
