I think the issue is the difference in level between the sk and mentor. I don't remember the specifics, but it goes something like this: if the difference is more than 10 levels you end up 2 levels...

Uun is lvl 15 (in GOW)
Night Window is lvl 9 (not in SG)

What's going on with GOW? With one or two exceptions, none of those toons have been active for 3-4 weeks. Doesn't do much good being part of a SG if its never active.
