First - it is ilagal to do it
second - ren win.com to another name (like win.old)
then enter the winme cd in original dos mode
and start setup.com
it must work

You didn't say whether your computer is 386 or p4
I anderstand that it can support this OS
is it a new hardware ?
try replace the memory to an original one

Go to the nearest store and ask for cable
there are Power cables that muliplies the conectors. also ask for the flat cable (data)
that you can conect 2 components on one cable

Make a user name and password on the server
the same you are using in the station.
The "server" means the NT,2000 computer you are trying to access.
