Fix the entries while in safe mode. Also delete any files or folders related to it while still in safe mode. Then run Hijack This in safe mode still. Reboot normally and run Hijack This again. ...

The problem comes in where there are registry entries, BHOS's, and then dll's that back each other up when you try to delete them. All you really need to do is clean with HJT, reboot into safe mode...
