Also, make sure to disable System Restore. I have had viruses lurk in there waiting for a new opportunity to strike!
Once you do that, you can always rescan at the "Housecall" site.

well so far no go. we did read up and find out about the $175 that ebay will pay. he found a harley and wired $2800, so that's why it's an issue. but i am hopeful for him, ebay did help me...
