ok i tried the driver from acer .... worked great! BUT once again i could not start windows normally..... so im back at square one :( maybe its corrupt? or i have something installed that conflicts?...

No it came with windows xp and i've been to the acer website since i reinstalled windows and i actually have a folder with all the listed drivers on the site for aod150 and i've tested them all and...
