Actualy windows 98 OEM floppy disks do not include format.com it is located on the windows cd under the Win98 directory. Hmm guess you didnt know that did you.

I have seen that stuff. Its really cheesy screws up images and does not work on downloads like exe, zip, and mp3 files. It only works on http pages and dithers the hell out of images on thoes pages.
