If your company will pay for any cert. course, you should take it. And for the cisco course, my dad is in it and it seems to be a great course, but to expensive for me.

On mine you will find a constantly changing assortment of hardware, screwdrivers, cd's, junk mail, and other junk I needed at one time. And to think, that is not a scary as what is under it.

WHile working late one night, as a joke I loaded a sceen saver that was a fake blue screen of death. You should have seen the other techs the next day messing with there machines. It was great.
