Screw NT 4.0, try Win2k. YOu will find u will keep alot more hair on yer head that way. I have done way to many NT installs. After my first Win2k install NT 4.0 can kiss my white tech butt.

It could be ram again but also a bad chip on the motherboard. Unfortunately this is way to expensive to replace. I have seen this problem in many desktop pc's and relacing the MB fixed it
