I reequested several of th cd's and got them in 2 weeks. Nice thing is they give you one cd that you can boot from the cd without loading it to your pc. Quite impessive with a lot of app's.

Did you check the jumpers to see if your new device is set to master or slave. If you are sharing the same ide cable one device has to be master and the other slave.
