The webcam is called Mikomi M6219
I wonder if there is something fundamentally wrong with the pc, because each time I boot up it reminds me of the missing .dll file...

Hello everybody, and thankyou for taking the time to reply. I am not certain if the pc has a DVD player ; the tray thing what you put the cd / dvd in has the embossed DVD logo on it.
