I figured it out. Well someone helped me figure it out. I had to add "015 DNS Domain Name" to the options of my DHCP server. and that took care of the issue.

Just to post a fix for this issue. I landed up doing a windows xp repair which fixed the issue.
So the Customer is happy now.

I had already tried to uninstall and reinstall the product.
The only thing I seam to be coming up with is a Fresh Install of xp pro. :( which I hate to do for just one minor issue.
