If you're using RASPPPoE, you can dump Access Manager. They both do exactly the same thing, which is connect and authenticate you with the Sympatico network. Just that RASPPPoE uses the streamlined dial-up networking interface.
I wouldn't delete anything in the Network control panel unless you're absolutely sure you don't need it. I have a lot of "extra stuff" on my home PC but if I remove any of it my connection stops working.

I rebooted for DR.TCP and still no changes,
and no I;m not using Raspppoe I can get it to install It keeps saying I have no Diual up devices when I open the Exe. from Winzip.
