Compaq LTE 5280 Display Driver
Hi All,
Does anybody know where I can get the display driver for a Compaq LTE 5280?
I was given this laptop on the condition that I wipe the HD and re-install my own OS. I found all of the drivers I needed except the display, so instead of a full screen I get a much smaller screen.

Yea, I have that one. Unfortunately what I need is the driver for the display (not the display adapter). I have been all over Compaq's site with no luck.
If this wasn’t a half way decent laptop (for a p120) it would have gone out the window Saturday (I really hate Compaq)
Thanks anyway - KN

you can set the display to lcd 800x600 then set the res to 800x600 - it will then be full screen. The synch rates do not matter as they are hardware handled by the adapter.
