It is quite personal Opinion BUT
I like 3Com 90xx Series NICs
they have the best Price/Performance/Troubleshooting Ratio

But other will argue

One thing for sure - Don't buy a cheap LAZY card - cause it will drive you crazy ( ) @ the end of the Day.
