We formatted and re-installed because the previuos multiple user scenario setup by the visiting Grandkids was too confusing for the client. He wanted a fresh start. So we did - and reinstalled Incredimail (wife liked it) and restored backuped messages, favs, docs etc. Still buggy so it's back for another clean install without Incredimail. Anyone else having problems with Incredimail?
