OK Its a pc chips... Hsing Tech Enterprise Co is the holding company for these boards. There is not quite enough information here to make an absolute identification, but I am willing to bet that this is what you need if the sound is onboard. here is the installation instructions
Not all the boards of this type came with onboard sound, so it might require you to take the lid off and look to see if there is a proper sound card there or not.
In order to make a better guess I will need the system model that you didn't post as well as how many pci and isa slots belarc detected.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

Links are there for all your drivers, the manual and bios updates. You dont need a bios update unless you have a problem that has specifically been solved by the update.
