Thanks for that - luckily, I have no use for the modem as I've set it up to work with my broadband connection through USB, and you'd never catch me anywher near AOL!

I'm having exactly the same problem with the same H/W. What driver did you end up using to fix the problem ?

I installed the attached and all is working perfectly.
