    Question Cant Play recorded Ceremony

I get the following message "In order for RealOne Player to play MPEG-2 files, you must first install a DirectShow-compatible MPEG-2 decoder on your computer. Most computer DVD playback software includes a DirectShow-compatible MPEG-2 decoder. If you have DVD playback software installed, please try re-installing this software before attempting to playback MPEG-2 content. " when I try to play a recorded MPG of a cermony my daughter held. It was converted from HDVCR to a cd. The CD will play on my machine but not hers on either Winmedia ( or as above Realmedia 10. I have downloaded the codec for the update to winmedia. Not sure what is being asked for here. Could someone please advise me what I need and where I might download it. Preferably free.
    Thanks in advance.

Download the Full Klite codec pack from any link they provide and install it, and then try it. Try using either Windows Media Player or the included Media Player Classic to view the video. (I dont like Real Player)

Thanks very much for the recommendation. Is the full 2.3... better than the mega 1.6... version want to make sure that I get the best they have?

The Mega version just has things like Real/QuickTime Alternative. Its better to stick with the Full version, unless you really need the Real/QuickTime Alternative.
