My problem is similar, but i took the power supply that the dell case had as well. motherboard has a dell tag on it and e139761. i need to get the pin settings and possibly a manual for said motherboard does any body have any Ideas on this?

If you go to this site: http://tinyurl.com/lup8t
you will note that the Intel version is a 440BX and that there is a Dell Precision 410 with a 440BX chipset.
I would suspect then you could go to the dell site and look at the manuals available and see if it looks like yours.
edit: other Dell boards use the same - the idea was for you to look through the Dell site and determine what is what.
