I was under the impression that supplying you with the report from Everest would tell you, the pro, all you needed to know to point me to a page that had what I needed on it. What was the point of doing all that?

The last link you gave me works but it leads me to a technical page where I need to drill down through it and then It wants me to open the pc take out the card....do this, do that....

I think I mentioned that I'm not computer savy and opening her PC is the last thing I want to do. If she sees me coming at her PC with tools, there's going to be casulaties.

Can't you just give me the location of what I need like in the many posts I've read here, we've been going back and forth now for days, since Friday! Others have had their issues resolved the next day.
