Graphics card. But which one?
My PC has been made for me by a friend. He has been very vague about the hardware installed.
I have obtained the following information from my graphics card by taking my PC apart and removing the card:
CIRRUS LOGIC
CL-GD5546-HC-A
66715-740AC
9615 A
JAPAN-U
TMS JL }
27C512-15 }
BLX64A6VDP } From the underside.
PB-CL54XX }
PCI/SMT/2L }
Ver 1.0 (S1.2) }
I could not find an obvious match within the graphics card identification page.
Can you shed any light please by identifying the card and informing me which drivers should be used.
Thankyou.

Just from seeing the model #s, these are the lines I would worry about:
CIRRUS LOGIC
CL-GD5546-HC-A
And possibly this one but I doubt it:
PB-CL54XX (from the underside)
Now, here's the kicker....Cirrus Logic doesn't make video cards. They make the chips for cards (and I didn't know they made chips for video cards) and they do NOT provide drivers. You need to find out the manufacturer, and you can usually do this with the FCC-ID, usually located on the back of the card.
