ATi Radeon VE Black and White

Im using an ATi Radeon VE with my TV. Ive connected my graphics card to my TV with an S-Video connecter but I only get a black and white display? Any ideas how to fix this. I've been to the ATi site and looked there, Ive downloaded the newest drivers. Any help would be appreciated.

Check to make sure you have it set for the correct TV format. In North America, most TVs use NTSC, while in Europe, most TV's use PAL. If I remember correctly, using an NTSC signal on a PAL television will result in a black & white image (or was it the other way around?)

Yep
Normaly NTSC on PAL come in B&W.
