[RESOLVED] What 3D video card will run on this board?

I have a Biostar M7MKE for the Athlons. It has the imfamous VIA chipset on it. I was trying to run a Diamond Stealth 3 s540 PCI in the thing but the two won't play nice together.
I have tried the latest version of VIA's 4-in-1 drivers, and it still locks up tight as a drum. Tried the latest drivers from S3/Diamond whoever they are this week, and it STILL locked up. No CTR-Alt-Del, nothing short of reset will get me out of it. Obviously, this is a Win98 machine.
My question is this, what else can I do to try to make this work, or what video cards will play nice with the chipset. I'm pretty desperate here, I've invested a lot of time and money into building this thing myself.
You have helped me before and I'm counting on you to do it again.

Any good Nvidia chipset (TNT,TNT2), all of the Voodoo chipsets and all ATI work well. I personally suggest a off brand 16 or 32 meg TNT2 card (Guillimot Xentor, Cardex etc). They have newer drivers just for the VIA chipset.
