    i have a qdi mother board and i cant get to bios because its password protected.and my a drive isnt loading

    There might be reset jumper on your mobo, look in the manual and try that!

    If you can't find the clear CMOS jumper ,unplug the computer, remove the CMOS battery , and short across the battery holder terminals for a few seconds , this will clear the CMOS settings and it should boot to default settings

    Another way to re-set your BIOS is to use a little program called KillCmos. One word of warning, your virus checker will think it is a virus. However I have used it and it works fine.

    To Mr. Magi- fyi, tried to download KILLCMOS & NORTON found it infected with a trojan horse virus...helllooo. goodbye.

    there's no virus in this file

    KILLCMOS.COM is a destructive program (F-prot)

    most Anti-virus identify this util as some sort of virus - but it's not..

    It is a destructive program noramlly you wouldn't like to delete your CMOS..

    but under some conditions you would..
