[RESOLVED] _Isetup.exe errors?

I have a friend that has been having problems with this error (especially, while trying to install PaperPort Deluxe).. she had recently reinstalled Win'98 ... any ideas on what is causing this and how to fix it?

Diane, have your friend check the \windows\temp folder. Programs usually copy all of thier files there and then install from there. Simply select all files and folders in the \windows\temp folder and delete. Then run setup again.
