    Resolved [RESOLVED] Mystery file

This is a little off topic, but I wanted to reach a lot of people with this question. We've had 4 machines in our shop that have "caught" a file called burp.exe. When the file is running, you literly get random burps from your speakers. Turns out the files comes from a site called rjlsoftware.com. Problem is, no one in the shop admits to downloading it/putting it on other machines. No viruses found on any machines. I'd like to know if anyone else has seen something similar to this, or if we've just got an unidentified prankster. Respond with post or e-mail.

Seems like just a prankster. This program is a pretty widespread joke program (it's been downloaded 76,751 times from zdnet alone), but I believe it's just that. The program is meant to embarass the user of the computer, and someone with access to your computers thought it would be funny, it seems.
