Hi, I looked up the BIOS ID and found this:
http://www.motherboards.org/mobocop/view/unsolved/8625.html
From what I read on this page it's a PC Partners LXA800D

Good luck

Little tip: PCpartner's motherboards are having numeric model numbers, printed in the top left corner of PCB (very-very small numbers, though) - take a look, and You'll find them.
For example, 35-8801-XX,
where XX - doesn't matter (could be bit different, i.e. 01,02,05 and so on).
Please notice, what the same PCPartner's motherboards can be coming with AMI as well as with AWARD bios (i.e. compatible).
So, You can change BIOS from AMI to Award...
But be carefull doing BIOS update/reflashing - there are few versions (incompatible!) for different I/O chips. Pick the correct one (written for ITE chip in Your case).
Good luck!

Heres something that confuses me...

Kinda wondering what this means.. does it mean the board is toasted.. It did this before i flashed the BIOS too...
Thanks

If both of the motherboards are exactly the same model - why not to try it?
Did You figure out, by the way, what exactly model numbers?
As I have said, some motherboards were coming with AMI BIOS, some - with Award BIOS. And it's possible to change AMI to Award BIOS. (For example, by reflashing Award BIOS version instead of origianl AMI,if such version is available for that particular board).
Why Award? - So far as I remember it, Award BIOS has no that NVRAM problem...
I'm pretty sure - it's most likely either battery or BIOS chip problem...
