Resolved [RESOLVED] SSL Sites generate "Cannot find server"

We are unable to access any SSL sites. All other sites are just fine. Previously, SSL sites had worked. When attempting to access any https: site, I get a "Cannot find server" and "The page cannot be displayed" IE error page. I am using Win98se with IE 5.0, 128 bit encryption strength. I have already tried re-installing the 128 bit encryption pack several times, and I feel it is a software problem. I had installed IE5.5, but, as this left my computer unable to boot unless rebooted from Safe Mode, I uninstalled it soon after. I do not see a "Internet Explorer Repair Tool" in the add/remove programs box. After I uninstall 128 bit encryption, the IE About box still shows 128 bit. Do you have any suggestions for me, as I'm getting quite frustrated with the inability to access secure sites.
