    Resolved [RESOLVED] Looking for Excel 2000 manufacturer

    I need to find the manufacturer of my MOBO: Excel 2000, It has a slot1 (for celeron) and a socket 370. It uses sis chipset. I have no FCC ID. Please help.

    Actually, the name of your motherboard is XCEL 2000. Try these drivers: http://www.sprintcomputer.com/motherb/h-m748mr.html

    PC-Chips, Amptron, etc.

    In general PC-Chips is the manufacturer of the board & it is then licensed out through a shed load of other companies.

    It's quite likely a pc chips ... but which one?!

    Yep, pretty much bound to be PC Chips, possibly an M748 variant?
