    Exclamation Network DOS

    OK, here is the problem

Old Computer:No CD Rom Drive (But Win 3.11 installed) "Upgraded" win 3.11 to win95 but win95 crashed and would never work again LOL

So my question is, is there any boot disks avalable that will detect my <ISA> network card and let me connect to the network in DOS? <IMG SRC="smilies/confused.gif" border="0">

What nic? What OSes do you have access to? NT server makes a pretty good boot disk, you just have to cut the last statement out of the autoexec.bat (so it won't run setup). I've got some disk images for most 3coms, some Xircoms, and a few others.

    I can't find Pic-a-Nic on this site.

Do you have a specific URL for this? It sounds like a "must-have" for my utilities box <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">

Another good place for boot disks is www.bovistech.com. I think I have seen Pic a Nic there. Otherwise there is several others to choose from.

    Good luck - KN
