Question Desk top Shell

How do I get the shell in NT to look like win98 with the big buttons and looks like a web page when going through the folders.
I have done a clean install with service pack 5 and IE 5.5

I thought NT 4 included IE 4 or something like that.
• IE 4 needs to be installed first because it contains the Active Desktop component which is what does the web view and such.

I have no idea why MS does not include the active Desktop with IE 5 and above
• It is possible that it got disabled, install TweakUI and check the IE tab for Shell Enhancements.
• Also Check Folder Views (My Computer>Tools>Folder options) something there might have been changed.

Too many zeros, not enough ones.
