    Resolved [RESOLVED] Win2000

    Help, boot up my Laptop and i get missing NTLDR, been looking every where and i can't find a copy. Can any one please give me some advice or how can i get this file back into my system,thanks.

    NTLDR is on your windows 2000 cd in the I386 directory. This error can also occur if the boot.ini file is missing or has invalid entries. You will also want to make sure ntdetect.com is on the system root. Make sure ntoskrnl.exe is in the winnt\system32 directory. If not can copy it from the 2000 CD also in the I386 directory, it is ntoskrnl.ex_ and just have to rename it to the .exe.
