    Red face Serial Port Issues

    Are there any known issues with reference to serial ports and windows 2000. I have a small application that runs fine on Windows 98/ME and NT machines but wont work on all Windows 2000 machines.
    All the program does is send data out the serial port to a device in standard ASCI charactors.

    Have to ask. Port set up correctly with flow, stop bits, baud etc.??

    Sorry for going off topic, but I just can't wait until the serial ports, parallel ports and PS/2 ports all just go away.
