    Stabs in the dark:

The machines are running with a mandatory profile, the Sys32 folder was opened when the last non mandatory logoff occurred. (if user.man is in sys32, it would indicate the admin changed the profile name then logged off without closing window)

There is a shortcut in startup menu to sys32, or a logon script that launches sys32 explorer window?

That's all I can think of
    What does this button do?

You need to run REGEDIT and search for run or runservices and delete any entry that has ""
