HD/Zip drive problem
I have a partitioned hard drive, 2 drives, and a zip drive. Before installing my zip drive, I had a C and D drive (obviously) once I put the zip drive in, the zip grabs D, and moves the second partion to E. That is not what I want. I want it to go C and D - hard drives, and E as the zip drive. I have a CD-DVD and a CDRW on the other IDE so I can't/don't want to do that, help....
I'm out like a dyslexic in a spelling bee

I'm afraid, this is not possible.
The first partition of a drive is always drive C: and the second one drive D:.
If you put another IDE unit (CD-ROM, ZIP Drive, HDD etc.) it takes the letter D: leaving the second partition with the letter E:.

installing the iomega software/driver should fix your problem. it lets you specify the drive letter for your zip and floppy drive.
