Shadow, Very cool test site. I like how it gives you suggestions to improve TCP/IP performance. Toldme to change my RWIN setting to a multiple of MSS. Soon as I figure out how to find that one, I'll do it. If anyone knows, please respond!

I use NetSonic by Web3000 to adjust those settings. It has on integrated MTU optimizing feature. It might help you out.
You could also dive into the registry to do this, but I forget the path...
