Fails to boot
Actually it's worse than that. When you apply power the HDD powers up then the floppy runs then it gives 2 short and to long beeps and that's it,no display no nothing. Here's the info that I can find- Case says- AT&T Globalyst 375TPC
Motherboard says-AT&T 3248/3348
WD hard drive
On board video(tried adding card no change)
bios chip sticker- FBIOS 3248/3348
(C) Phoenix 1994
(C) AT&T 1994
Penium processor
Can't find info anywhere on this POS the owner says his wife checked her email and then shut it offwihout waiting for windows to close and when they tried to turn it on again this is what they got.
Any ideas ? (besides using it for a boat anchor)
Thanks

Hi Dude ; the symtoms seem to indicate a memory probem , try reseating the memory chips , memory might have gone bad ,make sure they are seated right and tight .
