LOL! Sounds like that guy Nick on SNL. He's my hero (-:
User: I can't get my Word document to print.
Nick: Did you check the printer properties in the control panel?
User: No, I...
Nick: MOVE!

Last place I was a contractor, some MBA got promoted to an MIS position and barely knew what a computer was. He decided all the systems in one area needed to be formatted and asked where to get the software.I just laughed at him, got his boss and told him what happened. He laughed until I told him his machine was wiped out too. Norton's saved that day and made me look like the man. Never found out what happened to that MBA
