was looking for a new video card so called Diamond Multimedia (may the rest in peace) to find out about their new product line. The rep as able to tell me what they had, but when it came to what each card did, benefits, etc, in this case a 16MB TNT, she was clueless, said that she its not her job to be that familiar with the product.
